The Sujata MG03 is the top model in Sujata's new-generation range — a 1000-watt mixer grinder built for kitchens that grind every day and grind a lot. The motor has 100% copper winding and ball bearings at both ends of the shaft instead of the usual bushes. It is rated to run 90 minutes non-stop, so grinding a full batch of batter or a month's masala does not overheat it. At a maximum 25,000 RPM the job finishes quickly, and less time under the blade means less heat in the food, so ground masala keeps its aroma. Four jars cover everything a kitchen needs. The 1.75 litre unbreakable transparent liquidizer handles shakes, buttermilk, cold coffee and purees, and comes with a fine mesh coconut milk extractor that separates the milk from the residue properly — useful for Kerala and Thai style cooking. A tamper is included to push ingredients down while blending. The 1.5 litre stainless steel dome jar is for wet grinding thick batters — dosa, idli, hummus, gravies. It comes with 3 changeable blades for egg whisking, meat mincing and grating, which is what turns this from a mixer into a small food processor. The 1 litre stainless steel jar grinds dry spices, pulses, cereals and coffee beans. The 500 ml rust-free chutney jar handles small quantities — pudina chutney, coconut chutney, ginger-garlic paste, imli paste. Blades are food-grade high-tensile stainless steel, precisely angled and housed in metal couplers rather than plastic. Cutter assemblies use pre-oiled felt bushes for longer life. Jars and motor are self-aligning for safe locking, and the handle is unbreakable polycarbonate. Controls are a 3-speed rotary switch with pulse action for momentary bursts and smoother whipping.
