Genuine Sujata 1.5 litre stainless steel dome jar with safety locks and 3 changeable blades — for thick batters, whisking, mincing and grating.
This is the genuine Sujata 1500 ml dome jar, sold as a replacement or a spare for Sujata 900-watt mixer grinders. The dome-shaped lid and tall body are built for wet grinding in quantity. Thick urad dal and rice batter for dosa, chana for hummus, palak, gravies and masala pastes all circulate properly instead of sticking to the walls, so you get an even grind without stopping to scrape every minute. It comes with 3 changeable blades. The standard grinding blade handles batters and pastes. The whipping blade is for whisking eggs, cream and lassi. The grating blade grates coconut and vegetables. Swapping a blade takes a few seconds. The lid has safety locks that hold firm while grinding thick batter, so nothing splashes out. The jar dismantles fully for cleaning, which matters on a jar that handles wet masala every day. The body is rust-free food-grade stainless steel with a polished inside. Blades are high-tensile food grade steel, factory fitted, the same as those supplied with a new mixer. The coupler is heavy-duty metal, so it takes the load of thick batter without wearing out. IMPORTANT - check your model before buying: This jar fits Sujata 900W models only — Dynamix, Supermix, Powermatic Plus, Powermatic, Megamix, Multimix, Frootmix and Maxima. It does NOT fit the Sujata 1000W MG series (MG01, MG02, MG03), and it does not fit any other brand's mixer.
